Please plan to join your Board either in person or by phone for the official annual business meeting of the members of VBIA.  The agenda will include election of the 09/10 board, proposed bylaws change and updates on the VBIA Roundtables and Conference
 
The live-and-in-person meeting will be at be held at Spinner Technologies, Inc. from 11 till 2 on Thursday, May 28th.
 
If you would like to participate but are unable to attend,  a conference line will be set up for you call in during the meeting.  The phone meeting will take place through FreeConference.com.
